Delivery Info

For the delivery bit, I would like customers to place their orders immediately from the moment the website goes live, and they will receive their delivery between 10-13th February, just before Valentines day.

Any orders placed on or after 13th February will be delivered within 2-3 days after order placed.

How does Pick & Mix work? +

Choose a pre-filled mix or build your own Tin. We pick and pack your sweets with love, seal them for freshness, then ship them straight to your door.

Can I choose the exact sweets in my mix? +

Yes — if you select Build Your Own, you can pick your favourites and tailor your mix to your taste (sweet, sour, fizzy, classic, etc.).

Can I request more or less of certain sweets? +

Yes — add requests at checkout and we’ll do our best to match them, subject to stock availability.

Do you substitute sweets if something is out of stock? +

If a sweet is unavailable, we may swap it for a similar sweet of equal value. If you prefer no substitutions, please let us know in the order notes.

How long does Pick & Mix last? +

Most pick & mix stays at its best for months when stored correctly. Keep sealed in a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight.

How should I store my sweets? +

Store in an airtight container or keep sealed in the original packaging, away from moisture, direct sunlight, and warm areas.

Can you guarantee allergen-free sweets? +

We cannot guarantee any pick & mix is completely allergen-free. Our packing environment may handle nuts, gluten, milk, and soy.

Do you sell Halal sweets? +

Yes — all of our sweets are Halal-friendly.

How long does delivery take? +

Standard delivery takes 2–3 days. Contact us if you require next-day delivery.

Will my sweets arrive sealed and fresh? +

Yes — all sweets are packed and sealed to remain fresh and tamper-evident during delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order? +

If your order hasn’t been packed or dispatched, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try to help.

My order arrived damaged or missing items +

Contact us with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll investigate and resolve it in line with our policy.

Do you accept returns? +

Due to food safety reasons, opened food items can’t usually be returned. Contact us if there’s an issue.

Do you sell gift cards? +

Yes — gift cards are available and can be used across the store, including Pick & Mix.
